As a Certified Vegan Hospitality Consultant, I’ve seen first-hand what separates successful plant-based menus from dishes that stay untouched. I started Crave Culture after seeing too many menus offer nothing but hummus with grilled veggies, tomato soup or fries as their main plant-based options and knowing how much better it could be.

My focus is guiding hospitality teams to create dishes guests notice, order repeatedly, and talk about. I make sure your kitchen feels confident and capable every step of the way.
