Their products were taken up to 11 with eight new recipes designed to wow chefs and restaurant owners. From pairing the celeriac fennel burger with a refreshing watermelon steak to transforming katsu into a mouthwatering Japanese curry, and turning kimchi sliders into loaded fries (because who doesn’t love fries?!), these dishes were made to stand out.
The project included a hands-on creative session, recipe development, and detailed recipe writing to ensure each dish is chef-friendly and service-ready. Today, Sparckitchen’s portfolio is packed with plant based catering options that are bold, memorable, and built for busy kitchens.
