Sparckitchen, based in Amsterdam, specialises in creating 'chef-driven' plant-based products for restaurants, caterers, and hotels.

We turned Sparckitchen’s products up to 11 with eight new recipes designed to wow chefs and restaurant owners. From pairing their celeriac fennel burger with a refreshing watermelon steak to transforming katsu into a mouthwatering Japanese curry and kimchi sliders into loaded fries (because who doesn’t love fries?!), these dishes are all about making an impression.

Our project included a hands-on creative session, recipe development and testing, and detailed recipe writing to ensure every dish is chef-friendly and service-ready. Now, Sparckitchen’s portfolio is packed with crave-worthy options that turn heads.
